Founded in 2018 by Cavaliere (Knight) of the Italian Republic Giuseppe Dangelo, Valdan Security is now a well-established national leader in the integrated security sector.

With over 25 years of experience gained in industry, large-scale retail, and coordination activities in the fields of security, investigation, and intelligence, Cav. Dangelo created a company that combines operational rigor with a strong focus on clients’ real needs.

The operational leadership of the group is entrusted to Dr. Gioacchino Dangelo, General Manager, who supports the company’s direction with a strategic vision and a streamlined management model based on a single point of contact and highly structured processes.

Cav. Giuseppe Dangelo

Founder & CEO

A retired Carabiniere (Police Officer), he has over 25 years of experience in the security sector, spanning from industry to large-scale retail (G.D.O.), and has held executive roles within networks and consortia specializing in Security, Investigation, and Intelligence.

He chose to make his extensive expertise available to clients by developing a comprehensive range of services designed to meet every security need.

On December 11, 2024, he was awarded the title of Cavaliere (Knight) of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic, conferred by the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, and the Prime Minister, Giorgia Meloni, in recognition of his outstanding commitment and long-standing career dedicated to security.

Dott. Gioacchino DANGELO

Founder & CFO

At just 20 years old, he falls in love with the world of Security and, in 2018, joins his father Giuseppe by taking on the role of Administrative Manager.
In 2021, he is appointed General Manager and relocates to Valdan Security Group’s offices in Milan.
In 2023, he graduates in Business Administration and is named CFO (Chief Financial Officer).

The company is ISO 9001:2015 certified, listed in the White List of the Prefecture of Bari, and authorized in security management and surveillance coordination processes in accordance with Art. 115 of the T.U.L.P.S.

It is also authorized to enter into contracts with licensed operators under Art. 134 of the T.U.L.P.S. for the provision of armed surveillance services.
