Security Support Services

Our surveillance work is carried out by uniformed, carefully selected, and trained personnel, in accordance with the client’s requirements.
Our staff wear uniforms and are appropriately trained and qualified to maintain high safety standards with a consistently professional approach.

Each operator is trained to respond quickly and appropriately in dangerous situations and to promptly alert the relevant point of contact based on the severity of the threat.

Constant monitoring of abnormal or suspicious situations enables our staff to deliver an excellent and proactive security service.

Security support services can vary depending on each client’s needs. Specifically, we provide:

• Collection of mail and deliveries at the entrance
• Emergency contact with law enforcement and/or emergency services if required
• Opening procedures for buildings, including inspection of interior and exterior areas to ensure integrity of access points
• Deactivation of security systems and verification of proper system start-up (electrical, HVAC, water systems)
• Routine patrols within the perimeter to prevent risks
• Nightly closing procedures, including full building inspections to ensure no personnel are left inside, securing doors and windows, shutting down systems (electric, HVAC, water), and restoring nighttime safety conditions
• Monitoring of CCTV and passive alarm systems from the control center
• Supervision of access for people and goods, including verifying service timing and directing visitors to the appropriate offices
